He condemned two scoping reports and outside external reviews as a charade, saying he had no faith in them. He referenced forensic accountants who had advised the banking system was in "top pristine condition" hours before banks collapsed and argued the reviews distract from real problems.

He highlighted a recent paper and a scoping report called Protecting Against Predators, saying it revealed that vulnerable young people are being raped and sexually exploited by gangs while in the care of Tusla. He cited the Dark Now report from UCD and referenced Maria Mayers and vulnerable children in Cairn Island as being targeted for sexual exploitation and abuse.

He criticised RT for setting the tone in presidential elections and alleged interference in referendums, calling those actions scandalous. He said former RT figures and some new NGOs — whom he described as "woke" — have influenced which candidates are chosen and which questions are asked, and that this attention crowds out more urgent issues.

He urged that debate should focus on evictions, homelessness and what he called "savage attacks on our people," arguing ordinary families are struggling to pay licences and keep jobs. He accused political actors of dropping the ball and said the public deserves forward-thinking action rather than theatrical distractions.
