I agree with the previous speakers to give greater prominence to stop the genocide and the enforced starvation in Gaza. Everybody here knows the truths about what's happening in Gaza and Palestine, and everyone knows that there's ongoing genocide executed hourly by the Israeli Defense Forces. We all know that it's horrific and deepening the famine in Gaza. We all know that there's ongoing systemic violence and intimidation perpetrated with impunity by illegal settlers in the West Bank. What we should ask ourselves is what we are going to do about this. Are our governments involved in the arming of Israeli Defense Forces? Have you publicly lobbied for them to cease? Is your government offering other supports and finances and other resources to the State of Israel? We have introduced a bill to ban the central bank facilitating the sale of Israeli bonds. We have asked the central bank not to renew the approved process, which lapses next month. We've introduced a bill to block imports of goods and services from the occupied territories in the West Bank. And we need to ensure that we move beyond those who say that the situation is hopeless or that there will be negative consequences for calling Israel and its allies to account. This is the moral issue of our age, and we must support the human rights and equality and entreatment of all. There can be no equivocation to this. We must support, without precondition, the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination.
