First full Cabinet meeting after the summer break. Obviously, significant issues ahead of the Government today. We'll deal with a number of issues. Grange-Gorman Development Agency Bill, which will broaden the remit of the Grange-Gorman Development Agency in respect of third level developments in the country. Obviously, we're preparing for the budget and a lot of work being done in terms of the budget, both on the estimate side and in terms of, obviously, in terms of taxation and other measures. Obviously, the European Union Presidency is a key issue and over the last number of days we've had a series of meetings in mapping and identifying the progress that we have to make on a whole range of issues pertaining to the European agenda, from the budget, to a capital markets union, to competitiveness and to enlargement.
