Minister, looking through the amendments that my colleague Senator Higgins has just been speaking on, typical of her, she has gone into the minutiae of the detail, she understands that while you can give all the assurances you want here, and I know that you give them in the best of good faith, it's those who come after you. And what she's trying to do here is to ensure that fairness runs the whole way through the system, so as when you leave office, or move on to bigger and better things, hopefully, and somebody else comes in behind you, or a chairman of the appeals group, that fairness is written into the legislation, that there can be no wriggle room for anybody. And I will be supporting this, and I hope that we go to a division on it, it's typical of Senator Higgins, she tends to look for the long term, and how people might interpret things, so I would ask you to take on board her amendments, and I mean it doesn't change the legislation, it just builds in safeguards, which as a member of the Green Party, you must really want to see in place.
